Commissions
Your childhood home. The shop you built from nothing. The church you got married in. If a place matters to you, it can be recreated by hand — built the exact same way as every original in the Town Collection.

Tell us about your place
Share the address, the story, and why it matters. A childhood home, a family business, a landmark you can't drive past without smiling.
Send reference photos
Clear photos from a few angles — front, sides, and any details you want captured (signage, trim, that one crooked shutter).
It's hand-built, start to finish
Carved from Styrofoam, assembled with Elmer's glue, and hand-painted detail by detail — typically 40–60+ hours of work.
Progress updates along the way
You'll see photos as your piece comes together, with a chance to flag anything before final paint.
Delivered to your door
Carefully packed and shipped (or hand-delivered locally in the Franklin area).
Every piece ships with its own paperwork.
Every finished piece — commission or Town Collection release — ships with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity and a permanent provenance label attached to its base.
This certifies that the architectural miniature identified below is an original handcrafted work from Your Tiny Town.

Commission FAQ
How long does a commission take?
Most pieces take between 4 and 12 weeks depending on size and detail, plus current queue length. You'll get a timeline estimate up front.
What photos do you need from me?
Clear, well-lit photos from the front and both sides are the minimum. Close-ups of signage, trim, doors, and any unique details help capture the personality of the place.
Can you build something that no longer exists?
Often, yes — old photos, measurements, or even memory sketches can work. Reach out and we'll talk through what's possible.
Do you ship outside of Franklin?
Yes. Pieces are carefully packed and shipped nationwide. Local Franklin-area clients can also arrange pickup or hand-delivery.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit secures your spot in the build queue, with the remaining balance due before shipping. We'll walk through the details when we talk.
